With a tremendous amount of issues at the running back position, the Green Bay Packers have officially acquired Knile Davis from the Kansas City Chiefs in exchange for a future late-round draft pick.
Davis, a third-round pick of the Chiefs back in 2013, has only attempted one rush this season. He's fallen behind Jamaal Charles, Charcandrick West and Spencer Ware on the depth chart. Needless to say, Kansas City could afford to move on from him.
for the Packers, this is a move the team needed to make. James Starks is out for multiple weeks with a knee injury, and Eddie Lacy is hobbled by an ankle injury. Green Bay takes on the Chicago Bears Thursday night.
