Reports this week on the availability of Seattle Seahawks running back Thomas Rawls has gone back and forth. From head coach Pete Carroll saying he looked really good early in the week, to a report in the middle of the week that Rawls would be brought along slowly. While the amount of touches he will receive on Sunday is still up in the air, Rawls practiced on Friday and will play in Week 1.
Facing a depleted Miami Dolphins defense, whoever leads the Seahawks in touches at running back is a strong RB2. But as of now Rawls still seems pegged for limited work and is an extreme risk-reward play, with Christine Michael the safer option.
