The Milwaukee Brewers have activated outfielder Ryan Braun from the 10-day disabled list. He's in the team's starting lineup and batting third on Sunday against the Chicago Cubs.
Braun has missed the past week-plus with a calf injury.
The former All-Star was having a solid season before the injury, hitting .287 with seven homers and 18 RBI in 27 games. If he can continue to remain healthy, Braun will eventually be on the trade block leading up to July's deadline. It will surely be interesting to see how this plays out.
As it is, Braun remains a viable fantasy option in all formats.
