Fernandez has been his dominant self this season, and now he faces a Mets team that he has already dominated twice this season. He was exceptional his last time out against the Mets firing seven shutout innings with 14 strikeouts, and that when the Mets were healthy, and playing well on offense by their terms. Since then they are much less healthy and have really struggled to hit the ball. The Mets are now one of the worst offense in baseball ranking 28th in runs, and 29th in batting average. Once again Fernandez will face the Mets in Miami where Fernandez is essentially unhittable. At home he owns a 1.53 ERA, a .183 batting average against, an 8-1 record, and 97 strikeouts in 64.2 innings. Expect another amazing performance out of this young superstar.
