Happy Friday everyone.  Hopefully everyone had a great week of winnings with our help here at eDraft for your FanDuel daily plays.  Today we have another full day of games with the earliest being the St. Louis Cardinals versus the Chicago Cubs starting at 2:20 PM Eastern Standard Time.  With this game we have 15 total games today with 30 teams worth of players to analyze so let’s get into it and win some money!

We bring you fantasy daily picks for FanDuel.com and if you haven’t signed up yet, be sure to follow this link http://eDraft.com/FanDuel/MLB to receive a 100% deposit bonus on your initial deposit.  This is an amazing deal that you can’t miss so be sure to check it out and make yourself some extra cash.  The cap for FanDuel is $35,000 with only one player at each position like a real MLB lineup (with the exception of outfielders where you can start any three players that are outfield eligible.)

The scoring system for FanDuel is as follows:

Hitters: Single = 1pt, Double = 2pts, Triple = 3pts, Homerun = 4pts, RBI = 1pt, Run = 1pt, Walk = 1pt,
Stolen Base = 2pts, Hit By Pitch = 1, Out (calculated as at bats - hits) = -.25pt
Pitchers: Win = 4pts, Earned Run = -1pt, Strike Out = 1pt, Innings Pitched = 1pt

Good Value Players

Pitcher

Wily Peralta, Brewers, $6,600: Peralta took his first loss of the season Sunday, allowing eight hits, three earned runs and a walk to go along with six strikeouts.  He recorded a quality start, but didn't receive a single run of support from his Brewers, resulting in the loss.  Peralta has been a gem for fantasy owners this season, considering his average draft position, as he hasn't allowed more than three earned runs in a single start this season.  He'll carry a 2.56 ERA into his next scheduled start against the Reds.

Catcher

Jarrod Saltalamacchia, Marlins, $3,300: Saltalamacchia stayed hot Wednesday, scoring twice and plating one run on his way to a 2-for-3 effort in a win over the Braves.  With back-to-back multi-hit efforts, Saltalamacchia bumped his current hitting streak up to five games during which he's 7-for-17 with three home runs, six runs scored and four RBI.  The veteran backstop continues to show improved patience at the plate, drawing 15 walks through his first 25 games while compiling a .299 batting average in April.

First Base

James Loney, Rays, $3,000: In yesterday’s double header against the Boston Red Sox, Loney went 3-for-7 with two RBI’s and a walk.  The hits just keep on coming for him, as he continues to build off a very nice bounceback year in 2013. Loney now has 19 hits in his last 41 at-bats - an incredible run and that will most likely continue today when he faces the Yankees Vidal Nuno who has a 6.59 ERA through 13.2 innings pitched.

Second Base

Brandon Hicks, Giants, $3,300: Hicks stayed hot Wednesday, going 1-for-4 with his fifth homer of the season.  He has now clubbed three home runs in the past four games.  The three long balls were also his only hits over that span, which is a good indication of what kind of fantasy player Hicks is; solid power coupled with a low batting average.  He continues to get regular playing time and deserves a look if you are in need of a hot middle infield bat.

Third Base

Adrian Beltre, Rangers, $3,400: Believe it or not, this selection is actually a great value pick due to how good this player is.  Beltre is a top third basemen in the game and he is valued at a very low price.  He is well rested after coming off of a DL stint on April 25th getting five hits and two doubles since then.  Beltre is still searching for his first homer of the season and it is very possible to happen today when he is in a favorable matchup against the Angels left-handed pitcher Hector Santiago who owns a 4,44 ERA.

Shortstop

Asdrubal Cabrera, Indians, $2,900: Before going hitless on Wednesday, Cabrera picked up a trio of singles Tuesday going 3-for-4 in a 6-4 loss to the Angels on the road.  The three base knocks snapped an 0-for-14 skid for the Cleveland shortstop, who also swiped his third bag of the season. Despite the hits, the eighth-year Indian has just two RBI in his last 15 games and hasn't done much by way of power either, going yard just once this season. By now, most have concluded that Cabrera's 25-home run, 92-RBI, 17-stolen base breakout campaign in 2011 was an anomaly, as he has just 31 homers, 139 RBI and 20 swipes in the 305 games since.

Outfield

Jayson Werth, Nationals, $3,800: Werth collected two hits for the third consecutive game Tuesday, one of which was a solo homer off Astros starter Jarred Cosart in the first inning of a 4-3 win.  Werth now has a modest seven-game hit streak on the go and is batting .290 with four home runs, 15 RBI, 16 runs and three stolen bases this season.  His 13 walks also trail only Adam LaRoche for the team lead, so owners must be pleased with his display of discipline in addition to his impact on all hitting categories.
