The Boston Red Sox might be getting ace starter David Price on the hill for the first time this season here in the not-so-distant future. 

Out for the duration of the season thus far with a shoulder injury, Price is set to beging his rehab assignment in the minors this upcoming Sunday. Initial expectations are that he will need two rehab starts before taking the hill for Boston. If that's the case, he should make his first start of the season later in May. 

Price pitched to a 17-9 record with a elevated (by high standards) 3.99 ERA in 35 starts for the Red Sox last season, his first year with the team. With Steven Wright on the DL and Drew Pomeranz struggling, this is big news for Boston.
