Oakland Athletics starting pitcher Sonny Gray may actually want to start eating different food. For the second time in his short career, the ace pitcher has been scratched from a start due to food poisoning. 

This latest incident comes with him slated to start Oakland's season opener at home against the Chicago White Sox on Monday evening. 

Free-agent acquisition Rich Hill will start in Gray's stead. 

You don't need to be a genius to understand what this means from a DFS perspective. If you are taking part in a late-game only contest, potentially swap Hill in for Gray while adding a higher-upside player at another position.

Chris Sale, Jake Arrieta and Zack Greinke are all late-game options that you can add while shorting yourself at another position.
