Westbrook's salary is astronomically high tonight. He'e still the top choice, but he's definitely not the best value. He's failed to eclipse 40 fantasy points in two straight games which comes off the heels of a remark he made about triple-doubles. In essence, Russ once again said that he doesn't care about his stats. He just cares about winning. Russ and co. play the Phoenix Suns who are in the bottom of the league in point guard defense. Russ is a safe bet for 40 or more, but that's not necessarily worth his salary.
