Daily Fantasy Basketball Dime - April 24. 2014

Surprisingly enough all three game three’s tonight are between teams that are currently tied in their series.  This will make for some exciting basketball to watch, and for some thrilling daily fantasy basketball over at FanDuel.com.  If you are still missing out and have not signed up at FanDuel.com yet then click the link to the right.  This link also gives you a 100% deposit bonus on your first deposit at FanDuel.com.

Point Guard:

Star – Mike Conley, $7,700: Why pay up for one of the big three point guard’s playing tonight when Conley has scored 43.4 and 43.5 fantasy points in games one and two.  This series is tied up with tonight’s game being the first game in Memphis; expect Conley to show up in a big way.

Scrub – C.J. Watson, $3,700: Pacers coach Frank Vogul has praised Watson’s play so far this series, which will lead to god things again tonight.  Watson came alive game two scoring 21 fantasy points in 28 minutes and with his coach praising him expect tonight to lead to more of the same.

Shooting Guard:

Scrub – Tony Allen $4,200: Allen is a terrific defender which is giving him plenty of minutes on the court in an attempt to slow down Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant.  In the first two games of this series he has played 30+ minutes resulting in 20+ fantasy points each game, tonight will be more of the same.

Scrub - Thabo Sefolosha, $3,700:  The more expensive shooting guard options tonight are far from reliable making this a great spot to find some salary cap relief.  After logging only eleven minutes game one Sefolosha played 32 minutes during game two and finished with 23.9 fantasy points.

Small Forward:

Stud – Paul George, $9,300:  Since it is quite doubtful you will be able to fit George and Durant into your lineup tonight, do it if you can, George is the better play since he has the much cheaper price.  He has scored 53+ fantasy points in both games versus the Hawks and there is little reason to think tonight will be any different.

Scrub- Draymond Green, $5,000: Value at small forward today is extremely slim pickings.  Green will continue to see extra minutes with Andrew Bogut out of the rotation and has a great opportunity to bounce back tonight after a subpar game two.

Power Forward:

Star – Serge Ibaka, $8,100: Close race between Ibaka and Zach Randolph at power forward, but Ibaka takes the cake.  Ibaka is a bit less expensive ($100) and has scored a few more fantasy points through two games (4.1).

Stud - David Lee, $6,700: In game one Lee played well and finished with 36.1 fantasy points, but in game two he only logged 20 minutes.  This was due to the spanking the Clippers handed the Warriors (Clips won by 40) and Lee’s minutes and production will be back up tonight.  The price of $6,700 is a steal for a player of Lee’s talent and with Bogut out for the playoffs Lee gets a bump in upside.

Center:

Star – DeAndre Jordan, $7,500: Jordan is priced $600 cheaper then Marc Gasol tonight giving him the edge for top center tonight.  Through two playoff games Gasol has scored exactly five more fantasy points then Jordan making the money save with Jordan well worth it.

Scrub – Nope:  Getting cute at center tonight is a bad idea as both Jermaine O’Neal and Pero Antic have proved they will not be worth their money.  Play Jordan, or if you disagree with Jordan tonight then play Gasol.

Good luck tonight.  Be sure to follow both @eDraftSports and me @Cui2iousGeoi2ge
