Daily Fantasy Basketball Dime- April 29, 2014

Plenty of excitement tonight as both the Warriors versus Clippers and Grizzlies versus Thunder series are tied up at two wins each.  The Wizards will also look to finish off the Bulls in Chicago, which will not be an easy task.  FanDuel.com continues to offer great daily fantasy basketball contests into the NBA playoffs and if you are not playing tonight you are missing out.

Point Guard:

Star – Mike Conley, $8,100: Conley remains among the most underrated players in the NBA and he is proving that fact this series versus the Thunder.  He is averaging 40 fantasy points a game this series, which is more then both Chris Paul and Stephen Curry while remaining priced well over $1000 cheaper.

Scrub – Kirk Hinrich, $4,800: Thunder guard Reggie Jackson will be the popular sleeper point guard today coming off a 44.3 fantasy point game, but both Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant struggled last game.  There is little chance Jackson repeats that performance tonight.  Hinrich may not have the upside, but he carries a much higher floor giving him a better opportunity to avoid destroying your lineups with a total dud.  Tonight’s game heads back to Chicago where he has averaged 23.7 fantasy points a game this series.

Shooting Guard:

Stud – Klay Thompson $6,400: Ignoring the total bust game two where the Warriors were blown out and Thompson has scored at least 27.5 fantasy points in each game this series.  His increase in assists and rebounds is helping his total fantasy points scored and tonight is a big game with this series all tied up at two games each.

Scrub - Tony Allen, $5,500:  After a subpar and injury riddled regular season Allen has really increased his level of play during the postseason.  He is playing big minutes covering Durant, which has increased his offensive production giving him an average of 28.9 fantasy points a game this series.

Small Forward:

Stud – Trevor Ariza, $5,900:  Ariza came through in a big way on Sunday finishing with 43.6 fantasy points scored.  He is playing some great basketball right now and his ability to fill multiple stat categories allows him to rack up the fantasy points in a hurry.

Scrub - Draymond Green, $5,300:  The Warriors switched up their rotations after game two giving Green more minutes, and more fantasy points due to those minutes.

Power Forward:

Stud – Serge Ibaka $7,900: Ibaka has quietly, and consistently, performing for the Thunder so far this series versus the Grizzlies.  He has scored 36+ fantasy points a game in three of the four games played and will continue his high level of play into tonight’s tiebreaking affair.

Scrub - Taj Gibson, $5,800: Through four games this series Gibson has scored, 24, 38, 24 and 43 fantasy points.  He is playing big minutes down the stretch and hopefully can break his current pattern and score more then 24 fantasy points tonight.

Center:

Stud – Marc Gasol, $8,200:  Gasol finally put up some big numbers last game finishing with 23 points and eleven rebounds.  This led to a big 44.2 fantasy point night.  It would be glorious if he was a bit cheaper, but with Joakim Noah clearly overpriced Gasol’s price tag is much easier to manage.

Stud – Marcin Gortat $7,400: Gortat has 32+ fantasy points scored in each of his last two games and will come out strong tonight with the Wizards looking to finish off the Bulls in Chicago.

Good luck tonight.  Be sure to follow both @eDraftSports and me @Cui2iousGeoi2ge
