Daily Fantasy Basketball Dime- May 6, 2014

FanDuel.com daily fantasy basketball contests are back!  After a brief hiatus to end the first round of the NBA playoffs FanDuel.com has opened up great basketball contests encompassing both Tuesday and Wednesday’s NBA games.  If you have yet to join in on the action be sure to click the eDraft link to sign up and receive a 100% deposit bonus on your initial deposit.

Point Guard:

Star – Damian Lillard, $8,200: Through a six game round one versus the Rockets Lillard averaged 43.8 fantasy points a game.  He will continue his dominating level of play into round two’s matchup versus the average defense of Parker.

Stud – Tony Parker, $6,200:  Parker finished off the Mavericks with a big 39.8 fantasy point performance.  He is clearly over his minor ankle sprain and is priced at a discount tonight.  Take advantage of the price before it catches the production.

Shooting Guard:

Stud – Bradley Beal $7,500: It is hard to argue against Beal being the real deal at this point as he finished game one versus the Pacers with a massive 51.9 fantasy points.  He filled up the stat line with 25 points, seven assists, seven rebounds and five steals.  The five steals may be a bit tough to repeat, but he will be in for another big night game two.

Stud - Manu Ginobli, $5,400:  Somehow, someway FanDuel still has Ginobli priced at the bargain of $5,400.  He scored at least 33 fantasy points in four of the final five games of the series versus the Mavericks and the Trail Blazers porous defense will not be slowing him down tonight.

Small Forward:

Star – LeBron James, $10,700: James finished the sweep of the Bobcats with three 53+ fantasy point performances.  He is on top of his game and carrying the Heat though another year of NBA playoffs.  There is enough value available today to fit him into your lineup, which is a fantastic idea.

Stud - Trevor Ariza, $6,100:  Heading into game one versus the Pacers there were plenty of doubts on whether or not Ariza could continue his high level of play into round two.  He came out and scored 34.2 fantasy points, quickly silencing any doubt.

Power Forward:

Scrub – Kevin Garnett $4,100: Garnett finished the Raptors series on a high note with a 30.2 fantasy point game.  He is not going to see more then 25 minutes in a game, but the Heat’s lack of interior defense will give Garnett plenty of time to value on his low price.

Scrub - Luis Scola, $3,500:  It was good to see Scola back in the rotation for game one versus the Wizards and he performed well finishing with 23 fantasy points scored.  He sits at the minimum price on FanDuel.com tonight and is a great place to find some salary cap relief.

Center:

Scrub – Robin Lopez, $6,100: Lopez played well against the defense of Dwight Howard round one and averaged 27 fantasy points a game.  The matchup gets a bit easier this series, which will be good for his production.

Scrub – Tiago Splitter $5,700: In three of the last four games versus the Mavericks Splitter scored at least 35 fantasy points.  Lopez is lacking in talent defensively giving Splitter a fantastic opportunity for a solid night tonight.

Good luck tonight.  Be sure to follow both @eDraftSports and me @Cui2iousGeoi2ge
