Point Guard
Stud – Tony Parker, $6,400: It was good to see Parker come out strong during game one and he will have similar success game two in this juicy matchup against a defensively inept Damian Lillard.
Scrub – George Hill, $5,400: Hill will continue to log 30+ minutes a game for the Pacers as their starting point guard making 20+ fantasy points a game a relatively simple feat.
Shooting Guard
Stud – Bradley Beal $7,600: “It is hard to argue against Beal being the real deal at this point as he finished game one versus the Pacers with a massive 51.9 fantasy points. He filled up the stat line with 25 points, seven assists, seven rebounds and five steals. The five steals may be a bit tough to repeat, but he will be in for another big night game two.” – From yesterday’s Daily Fantasy Basketball Dime.
Stud - Manu Ginobli, $5,700: Although Ginobli put up a real dud game one the Spurs simply did not need him to win that game. Under $6k is still entirely too cheap for a player of Ginobli’s talents and he should bounce back nicely game two against the soft backcourt defense of the Trail Blazers.
Small Forward
Star – Paul George, $9,500: George is going to need to step up his game if the Pacers are going to stand a chance at beating the Wizards this series. Look for him to get his offense going early tonight as they look to even up the series at one game each.
Stud - Trevor Ariza, $6,200: “Heading into game one versus the Pacers there were plenty of doubts on whether or not Ariza could continue his high level of play into round two. He came out and scored 34.2 fantasy points, quickly silencing any doubt.” – From yesterday’s Daily Fantasy Basketball Dime.
Power Forward
Stud – David West $7,200: With the Pacers struggling West has picked up a lot of the slack and has now scored at least 30 fantasy points in each game since game two versus the Hawks. Tonight presents a similar situation with the Pacers already down one game this series and West will be in for another solid outing.
Scrub - Luis Scola, $3,600: “It was good to see Scola back in the rotation for game one versus the Wizards and he performed well finishing with 23 fantasy points scored. He sits at the minimum price on FanDuel.com tonight and is a great place to find some salary cap relief. ” – From yesterday’s Daily Fantasy Basketball Dime. His price increased $100; he still makes a solid value play.
Center
Stub – Marcin Gortat, $7,300: At this point it is a well-documented fact that Roy Hibbert is beyond useless this NBA postseason. This turns a normally tough matchup for Gortat into a much better one and he has been playing at a consistently high level so far this postseason.
Stud – Chris Bosh $6,000: Always tough to roster Bosh with LeBron James dominating a majority of the fantasy points, but Bosh has now turned in back to back 30+ fantasy point games. Add in a nice low midrange price and he makes some decent value for this evening’s lineups.
Good luck tonight. Be sure to follow both @eDraftSports and me @Cui2iousGeoi2ge
