Point Guard
Scrub – George Hill, $5,500: “Hill continues to make the daily fantasy basketball Dime, and he continues to perform well enough for his low-end salary. Through two games versus the Wizards he has averaged 25.3 fantasy points a game and will be in for another solid outing game three.” – From yesterday’s Dime. His price increased $100 dollars today; he still makes for good value.
Scrub – Shaun Livingston, $4,300: With Livingston starting again for the Nets he has played 33 minutes in each game so far this series versus the Heat. This resulted in him finishing last game with 24.5 fantasy points. As long as he continues to see 30+ minutes on the court he will have an excellent opportunity to value at his low-end price.
Shooting Guard
Stud – Bradley Beal $7,600: “Even though Beal did not repeat the massive 50+ fantasy points from game one he still finished game two with a very respectable 33.5 fantasy points. Look to him to continue to play at an extremely high level in an effort to get the Wizards past the number one seeded Pacers. “ From yesterday’s Dime.
Scrub - J.J. Redick, $4,600: Redick has played well through two games in round two averaging 21.5 fantasy points a game. Consistent value is tough to find during the playoffs making Redick an excellent pick to find some salary cap relief tonight.
Small Forward
Star – Kevin Durant, $11,000: Durant came out game two and played like a NBA MVP, finishing with 59.9 fantasy points. He narrowly missed a triple double by a single assist giving him a final stat line of 32 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists.
Stud - Kawhi Leonard, $6,600: The Spurs have been dismantling the Trail Blazers, but the Spurs studs have continued to be a fantastic source of fantasy points. Leonard is averaging 35.2 fantasy points a game through two games this series and will be in for another solid outing on Saturday night.
Power Forward
Stud – Tim Duncan $7,700: It would be nice to see the Trail Blazers be a competitive team this series so players like Duncan would be forced to play up to their potential. There is not a single power forward today that is not overpriced based on recent production, but a price tag of under $8k for Duncan is one of the better ones available.
Stub – Nene Hilario $6,500: “Hilario has yet to have one of the monster performances he had round one, but he is still averaging 25.6 fantasy points a game through two games in round two. “ – From yesterday’s Dime.
Center
Stub – Marcin Gortat, $7,400: “Even though Roy Hibbert finally showed up during game two Gortat was still able to finish with a solid 21 points and eleven rebounds. Through two games this series he has finished with 34 and 35.7 fantasy points and is about as consistent as it gets for value per dollar this postseason. “ – From yesterday’s Dime. His price increased $100 dollars. He is still the best center available tonight.
Stud – Roy Hibbert $4,100: “Trashcan Hibbert finally showed up last game, and finished with a whopping 44.3 fantasy points scored. At $100 over minimum price at FanDuel.com it is impossible to ignore his upside for Tournament play tonight. “ – From yesterday’s Dime. His price took a nice jump by $500, but considering he is a tournament only play he certainly has the upside to pay it off.
