D'Angelo Russell Remains Away From the Lakers for Season Finale

Tending to personal matters in Kentucky following the death of his grandmother, Los Angeles Lakers guard D'Angelo Russell will sit out his second consecutive game after hitting the game-winning shot on Sunday.

It's the Lakers' season finale and comes with the team in the midst of a five-game winning streak.

With Russell out of action and the Lakers solely focused on playing youngsters here, look for Tyler Ennis to see an uptick in usage against the Golden State Warriors.

Russell finishes his sophomore season averaging 15.6 points, 3.5 rebounds and 4.8 assists per game.
