Toronto Raptors forward Serge Ibaka and Chicago Bulls center Robin Lopez came to blows in Tuesday's night game in Canada.
The incident occurred in the third quarter with Toronto up double-digit points. The two were tangled up under the rim following a Jimmy Butler three-pointer. That's when things got out of control, as the two exchanged punches.
The NBA announced on Wednesday that both Ibaka and Lopez have been suspended for one game. From a fantasy perspective, this impacts Ibaka more than Lopez. Since joining the Raptors mid-season, Ibaka is averaging 14.4 points and 6.5 rebounds per game.
Meanwhile, Lopez (also in his first season with the Bulls) is averaging 10.3 points and the same 6.5 rebounds per outing.
Chicago takes on Detroit Wednesday night while the Raptors travel to South Beach to take on the Miami Heat Thursday night.
