In the midst of one of their hottest streaks in franchise history, the Washington Wizards have added to their arsenal of weapons, reportedly acquiring forwards Bojan Bogdanovic and Chris McCullough from the Brooklyn Nets in exchange for forward Andrew Nicholson, guard Marcus Thornton and a 2017 first-round pick.
The move gives Washington a strong backup behind Bradley Beal at shooting guard and Otto Porter at the small forward position.
Bogdanovic, 27, is averaging 14.2 points while shooting at a 44 percent clip from the field on the season. Don't expect him to be too relevant from a fantasy aspect, but his presence might cut into the minutes Beal, Porter and Kelly Oubre receive moving forward.
