Houston Rockets Sign Ryan Anderson to Four-Year, $80 Million Contract

Attempting to find someone to team James Harden up with after Dwight Howard departed in free agency, the Houston Rockets have reportedly signed former New Orleans Pelicans wing Ryan Anderson to a four-year, $80 million contract.

Anderson, considered one of the top three-point shooters in the game, averaged 17.0 points and 6.0 rebounds while shooting 37 percent from three-point range a season ago. Anderson figures to see more opportunities on a Rockets team that simply doesn't have much scoring behind Harden on the roster.

He'll also likely slot in as the team's starting power forward, which should enhance his fantasy outlook as well. Anderson finished just outside of the top 30 in fantasy points for forwards a season ago.
