Just as the Portland Trail Blazers prepare for a late-season playoff push, they will be without one of their top players. The recently acquired Jusuf Nurkic suffered a fractured fibula in his right leg and will be out at least two weeks.
This comes on the heels of Nurkic averaging 26.0 points and 13.5 rebounds over the past two games. Overall. Nurkic was averaging 15.2/10.4 with Portland after being acquired from the Denver Nuggets in a deadline deal back in February.
With Nurkic out, look for Noah Vonleh and Meyers Leonard to split time at center. Neither are relevant fantasy options, clearly indicating that both Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum will set upticks in usage until Nurkic returns.
