Dealing with a foot injury that cost him Monday's game, Cleveland Cavaliers guard Kyle Korver (foot) will miss at least the next three games for the suddenly struggling team. Though, Korver himself is hopeful that he will be able to return before the end of the regular season.
It's a pretty major blow for a Cavs team that is now in second place in the Eastern Conference as the NBA enters its stretch run. Since being acquired from Atlanta earlier in the season, Korver is averaging 10.9 points while shooting at a 49 percent mark from the field, including a splendid 48 percent from distance.
With Iman Shumpert also hobbled, J.R. Smith will continue to put up strong usage numbers. Smith put up just five points on 2-of-7 shooting in Monday's blowout loss to the San Antonio Spurs.
At this point, there's not really a fantasy-relevant player on the Cavaliers' roster outside of the Big three. All said, Cleveland has lost 10 of its past 17 games.
