Utah Jazz forward Derrick Favors has missed each of the past two games due to a bone bruise in his left knee. Set to be evaluated later in the week, Favors will miss Monday's outing against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Averaging less than 10 points and six-plus boards per game, Favors has been a major disappointment for the Jazz. That's translated to the fantasy basketball community as well.
Though his absense equates to an average of 24.1 minutes that the Jazz need to find elsewhere. Veteran Boris Diaw has not seen an uptick in action with Favors sidelined.
After missing the first game of Favors' absence, Trey Lyles put up 10 points and five boards in 26 minutes of action against Oklahoma City on Saturday night. He's a candidate to continue seeing more action until Favors returns.
