As the Denver Nuggets continue to fight for a playoff spot, they'll have their star big man back in the lineup. Nikola Jokic, who has missed the last three games with a hip injury, is expected to return to the lineup against the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday.
Jokic's return to the lineup is a major boost for fantasy owners and the Nuggets as they get back a center that has averaged 20.8 points per game and 10.0 rebounds per game as a starter and was phenomenal in January when he averaged 23.9 points, 11.1 rebounds, 4.9 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game across 11 starts.
As Chris Dempsey reported, Jokic will be on a minutes restriction against the Bucks, though Nuggets coach Michael Malone doesn't expect it to be a hard minute cap. Fantasy players in DFS should avoid Jokic tonight given the risk, but Jokic owners in season-long leagues should throw him right back into their lineups.
