Pelicans All-Star DeMarcus Cousins and Anthony Davis Both Out for Season Finale

With absolutely nothing to play for as they close up another disappointing season on Wednesday, the New Orleans Pelicans will once again sit All-Stars DeMarcus Cousins and Anthony Davis

This closes the books on the 2016-17 season for the two talented big men.

Cousins finishes his first go-around with New Orleans following a mid-season trade from Sacramento averaging 24.4 points, 12.5 rebounds and 3.9 assist in 17 games. Meanwhile, Davis had another monstrous season for Nola, putting up 28.4 points and 11.8 rebounds per game.

Look for the Pelicans to build around the two moving forward with the status of talented guard Jrue Holiday to be decided during free agency.

As it relates to Wednesday's DFS action, Alexis Ajinca and Dante Cunningham should see an uptick in usage. Ajinca is averaging 16.5 points and seven rebounds with both Cousins and Davis out of action over the past two games. He's an under-the-radar DFS play here.
