It appears the Cleveland Cavaliers aren't finished making additions to their roster post-NBA Trade Deadline. With it already expected that Deron Williams will join the club on Monday, they could soon have an added big man on the roster. ESPN's Dallas Mavericks reporter Tim MacMahon reported on Sunday that Bogut is expected to join the East-leading Cavaliers.
If Bogut signs with Cleveland later next week, it will be the end of his fantasy value. Even without Kevin Love, the front court minutes are largely already taken up for now and Cleveland will want to limit Bogut's minutes anyways. Across 22 minutes per night for the Mavericks this season, Bogut averaged 8.3 rebounds and one block per game.
From a real life perspective, Bogut would make a terrific depth addition for the Cavaliers. If healthy, he can provide rebounds and defense in the paint and the NBA Finals continues to prove how critical bench play is.
