The Utah Jazz will be without guard Rodney Hood for at least the next week. Head coach Quin Snyder reiterated on Tuesday that Hood's original timetable for return of 2-to-4 weeks has remained the same.
Hood injured his knee back on January 14th and has not seen the court since. Considered a bone bruise in his right knee, Hood could potentially be out for as much as the next three weeks.
The third-year guard was averaging 14 points while shooting at a 36 percent clip from distance in just under 30 minutes of action per game.
With Hood sidelined, Joe Ingles has started in his place. The 29 year old is averaging 7.5 points, 4.2 assists and 2.8 steals in four starts in Hood's stead.
