After taking Tuesday's win over the Miami Heat off, Klay Thompson will return to the Golden State Warriors' lineup Thursday against the Detroit Pistons.
Thompson was a healthy scratch on Tuesday as Steve Kerr looks to give some of his stars a rest here and there. That came after he was questionable last Friday due to an illness.
With Thompson out of the lineup against Miami, Golden State's usually fluid offense regressed a great deal. The ball movements wasn't there and the assists were down.
Look for that to change with a rested Thompson back in the lineup against a Pistons defense that ranks in the bottom half of the NBA against fantasy guards.
