As Week 13 comes to a close we now have a firm idea of what teams are playoff contenders and which front offices are preparing for the 2014 NFL Draft. It has been a crazy 2013 season, one that has seen three playoff teams last year in the bottom five, but unfortunately for Daniel Snyder he won't even have a first-round pick. The Houston Texans, Jacksonbille Jaguars, Minnesota Vikings, Oakland Raiders and Cleveland Browns will all be looking for franchsie quarterbacks and there will be plenty of intrigue for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and St. Louis Rams.
