Best Fantasy Football Waiver-Wire Adds for Week 10

This week's trudge through the waiver wire has been an extremely fruitful endeavor. Here's a look at four players who are poised to make a big impact for your roster, both in the short and long term. Oh, and all of them are owned in less than 30-percent of leagues, somehow. So take a look, get those claims in, and kick some tail. As always, until next week. And you're welcome.

*Note: All ownership numbers are an average of ESPN, Yahoo! and NFL.com fantasy football statistics, and are current as of 11 PM EST on Monday night.

Mark Sanchez - Quarterback, Philadelphia Eagles (less than 1 percent owned)

Losing Nick Foles to a shoulder injury at the end of the first quarter had Eagles fans and fantasy owners stressing hard. But Sanchize came in and put up a solid performance in just three quarters of play, throwing for 202 yards and two touchdowns - which was good enough for 17th best on the week with 10.58 points. Sanchez is a good option for Foles owners or streamers over the next two weeks, with the Carolina Panthers and Green Bay Packers each allowing 15-plus fantasy points-per-week to opposing quarterbacks.

Martavis Bryant - Wide Receiver, Pittsburgh Steelers (10.4%)

After doing nothing for the first six weeks of his career, the rookie wideout from Clemson has broken out in a big way as of late. Over the last three weeks, Bryant has 19 targets and five touchdown receptions - which ranks him eighth among receivers in touchdowns for the season. Bryant's next two matchup are extremely favorable. Both the New York Jets and Tennessee Titans have allowed over 1300 receiving yards to opposing wideouts, with the Jets giving up 10 touchdowns and the Titans five. It's clear that Bryant is quickly becoming Big Ben Roethlisberger's second-favorite target, it would be smart to grab him now, while he's still owned in under 11 percent of leagues.

Owen Daniels - Tight End, Baltimore Ravens (23.1%)

How is it possible that a borderline TE1 (13th overall) is owned in less than a quarter of all leagues? That's just criminal. After missing Week 8 for a minor knee scope procedure, Daniels returned with a bang, finishing Week 9 with 11.30 fantasy points, good for 10th best among tight ends. Daniels has scored 11-plus points four times times, and 17-plus two times - with five-plus targets in each of those games. When healthy, Daniels has proven to be a dependable tight end from week to week, and is a streamer's dream this week against the Titans, who are 20th in ppg (8.5) allowed to opposing tight ends. Go and get yourself a quality tight end off the wire, before it's too late.

Carson Palmer - Quarterback, Arizona Cardinals (27.6%)

Yes, Palmer did miss three weeks with a nerve-related injury, but he's also scored 16-plus points in all but one start, and thrown at least two touchdowns in every single start. So how can someone so dependable be owned in roughly only a quarter of all leagues? If that seems absurd to you too, it's because it is. Palmer had another solid performance this past weekend against the Dallas Cowboys, finishing as the fifth best quarterback for the week with 17.76 points. This is the no-brainer of the week, if you are in any need of help or an upgrade at quarterback, get Palmer now.
