With daily fantasy football growing in popularity, it's time that everyone begin playing. Of course, eDraft has you covered. We already help you out with MLB DFS, along with many other sports. We have tools to help you win some cash, and analysis to keep your cash flow moving. But what about those deep sleepers? Who is really worth the price in daily fantasy football this week?
Without further ado, your deep sleeper in daily fantasy for Week 2.
Latavius Murray, Running Back, Oakland Raiders
Why is Murray a deep sleeper? His price on most sites will be among the cheapest options available, and he is a minium salary player on the bigger sites. With Maurice Jones-Drew out, Murray is second in line for carries. Who is he behind?
Darren McFadden has not impressed in what seems like a lifetime, and he struggled mightily in pass protection in Week 1 against the New York Jets. Two analysts expressed his opinion on McFadden:
Sadly, Chris and Dylan are right. McFadden is not the guy we all wanted him to be, and that bodes well for Murray, who has been waiting for his time to shine.
Take a look at what he was able to do in college at UCF:
Murray has elite size, elite speed and excellent quickness, which is exactly what fantasy football players want to see. He is 6'3 and 230 pounds, and can run a 40-yard dash in under 4.4 seconds. Good luck tackling that in the open field.
You spent your money on Peyton Manning, LeSean McCoy, and some expensive receivers. Then you wanted Julius Thomas. Oh no, that means you do not have any money left, right?
Let Latavius save the day, as your deep sleeper for Week 2.
