Ben Roethlisberger and Antonio Brown, Pittsburgh Steelers
Total Cost: $18,400
If you're going with these two, you are pretty much conceding they need to have huge games in order for you to win some cash in FanDuel contests this week. After all, they represent 31 percent of your cap. The great news here is that both Big Ben and Brown have tremendous matchups.
The Miami Dolphins have given up eight touchdowns compared to one interception while yielding a 72.1 completion percentage to quarterbacks on the season. Meanwhile, Miami is also yielding a 70-plus reception rate and an average of over 15 yards per reception to receivers. Have fun with this one.
Carson Palmer and Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona Cardinals
Total Cost: $15,100
If you want to go a bit cheaper, this Cardinals tandem makes a ton of sense. Coming off a two-touchdown performance against the San Francisco 49ers last week, Fitzgerald entered the week ranked eighth among receivers in fantasy points. He's also catching 66 percent of the balls thrown his way this season. Taking on a New York Jets defense that's yielding a 71 percent catch rate and the second-most fantasy points to receivers, Fitz is a tremendous play
Now that Palmer is slated to play after missing last week's game with a concussion, he's also a tremendous play here. After all, New York has allowed 12 touchdowns compared to two interceptions to quarterbacks on the season.
Marcus Mariota and Delanie Walker, Tennessee Titans
Total Cost: $14,300
You can also go cheap here. Walker seems to be back at 100 percent after putting up over 60 yards and a score last week. He's also taking on a Cleveland Browns defense that's given up an absurd 80 percent catch rate to tight ends on the season.
As it relates to Mariota, he's coming off a tremendous four touchdown performance against the Miami Dolphins last week. With Cleveland yielding the fifth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks, he becomes a relevant DFS play in Week 6.
