Julius Thomas Jacksonville Jaguars ($5,500)

Thomas hasn't had a great fantasy week since week one versus the Green Bay Packers where he scored 14.8 points. His last two outings have been poor but this week will be the best chance to get back to fantasy excellence against the worst passing defense in the league in the Oakland Raiders. Also with his size and athleticism he will be one of Jaguars top Red Zone threats this week.
