1. Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers

The letdown that was Rodgers' 2015 season for fantasy owners is now in the rearview mirror. As we head into the first week of the 2016 season, fantasy owners can be elated that Rodgers have his top receiver, Jordy Nelson, back on the field. But Rodgers also now has Jared Cook, whose long history of fantasy disappointment and drops is well-documented, but is a fantasy sleeper this year. The Jaguars made improvements to their defense this offseason but it didn't look like it this preseason, which makes this a prime target play for Rodgers.
