1. Carson Palmer, Arizona Cardinals

Projected Stats: 340 passing yards, four touchdowns and one interception

Taking on a San Francisco 49ers defense that ranks in the bottom seven against fantasy quarterbacks, Palmer should have himself a field day on Sunday. In his last game against San Francisco, Palmer completed 20-of-32 passes for 311 yards with two scores — mainly in the first half of a blowout 47-7 win.
