Fantasy Impact: Jimmy Graham Activated from PUP List

There's some good news on the injury front for tight end Jimmy Graham and his Seattle Seahawks squad. The veteran pass catcher was activated from the physically unable to perform (PUP) list on Wednesday and took part in his first practice of the summer.

Graham ruptured his right patellar tendon in Week 12 of last season, ending his first campaign with the Seahawks prematurely. It was an ending to what most would consider a disappointing season for Graham, who Seattle yielded a first-round pick and Pro Bowl center for.

Overall, Graham recorded just 48 receptions for 605 yards and two scores in 11 games. This came on the heels of him averaging 89 receptions for 1,100 yards and 12 touchdowns in his final four seasons with the New Orleans Saints.

Chemistry with Russell Wilson seemed to be lacking a tad early. Though, some of Graham's struggles had more to do with going from a pass-happy Saints offense to a more run-based Seattle offense.

Once Graham felt comfortable, he performed at a much higher clip.

If Graham can prove he's healthy and in tune with what the Seahawks are doing on offense, he should be slated for a solid 2016 season.

From a fantasy perspective, that could be a huge deal. Graham's current ADP has him as an 11th-round pick. That's value you can bank on right now.
