Fantasy Slant: Titans RB DeMarco Murray and TE Delanie Walkter to Play in Week 7

The Tennessee Titans will have two of their key starters on Sunday when they take on the Cleveland Browns. Tight end Delanie Walker and running back DeMarco Murray are cleared to suit up for Week 7 against Cleveland, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Walker's return to action doesn't come as a significant surprise, though some doubt circled his status after a mid-week injury came up on the injury report during practice and the team indicated he did not participate in practice on Friday as a result. But the calf injury that held him out of practice will not cause him to miss any game action, which is great news for fantasy owners. Against a weak Browns' defense, Walker is locked in as a top-five tight end play.

With Rob Gronkowski on the late slate of DFS games, Walker becomes a great option to plug into your lineup and could deliver some major production.

It comes as a bigger surprise that Murray is cleared to play on Sunday. He missed two straight days of practice on Wednesday and Thursday with a hamstring strain that has limited him for much of the year and only seemed to get worse with repeated usage. It's also led Derrick Henry to see a much larger role that has turned this into a backfield by committee. Henry received 20 touches last week and seems poised for another significant workload with Murray limited by injury.

Tennessee's decision to keep Murray active even with the bye week coming up is surprising. The team could have bought him two additional weeks for his hamstring to recover, but instead chose to play him against the Browns. While Henry seems poised for a large workload, we said the same in Week 3 when Murray was a game-time decision against the Seattle Seahawks. Many expected Henry to dominate the touches in that game, but Murray received more work and posted a season-best 115 rushing yards.

As a result, Murray and Henry are low-end RB2 plays this week given the unpredictability of the workload distribution.
