This Sunday will feature a rematch between the New England Patriots and Houston Texans at Gillette Stadium. One reason the Texans may pull off an upset could be the play of Pro Bowl wide receiver Andre Johnson. He will be matched up almost exclusively with Aqib Talib, who the Patriots received in a trade with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers back in November.
These two players were lined up against one another about a month ago. Johnson caught eight of the 10 passes thrown in his direction for 95 yards. Even though he racked up 95 yards, Johnson was unable tomake it to the end zone. In Johnson's 10-year career he has 56 touchdowns, with only six of them coming in the last two years.
Talib, as one of the larger corners in the league, has the tools to get physical with Johnson. When the wide receiver did have success it was with Talib out of the game due to an injury. For this reason alone, it's easy to imagine a huge game from Talib, which will put more pressure on Arian Foster to shoulder the load.
