Joe Flacco Suffers Torn ACL, Out for the Season

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco will miss the remainder of the 2015 season after suffering a torn ACL in the team's win against the St. Louis Rams on Sunday:

The interesting thing here is that Flacco finished the game despite suffering the injury. That just goes to show how much of a competitor he is.

With Flacco out for the season, Matt Schaub will be the Ravens' starting quarterback for the final six games of the year. That's a less-than-ideal scenario for a three-win team without a whole lot to play for.

In addition to Flacco's injury, the Ravens also lost Justin Forsett for the year with a broken arm. They join Steve Smith and Terrell Suggs as Ravens' players sidelined for the year.

In addition to every Ravens game this season being decided by one score, this has to be the story of the year for John Harbaugh and Co.

You simply can't win on a consistent basis with these types of injuries happening on a near-weekly basis.
