LeSean McCoy "Probable" to Play in Week 6

After missing two weeks with a hamstring injury, Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy is expected to make his return to the field on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals. The team listed him as probable on Friday's injury report, while fellow running back Karlos Williams still goes through the concussion protocol.

Buffalo is rushing McCoy back into action. Just a week ago, the talk was he would miss two-to-three more weeks as a result of the hamstring injury. It first became a problem back in training camp and playing through the injury in the early weeks of the season made things worse. Despite the risk of aggravating the injury, Buffalo seems to feel they are out of options with Williams and quarterback Tyrod Taylor likely out.

This isn't a terrible matchup for McCoy, the Cincinnati Bengals defense just allowed Seattle Seahawks backup running back Thomas Rawls to toast them for 169 rushing yards on 23 carries. With Williams out, McCoy should see 20 touches on Sunday, so from a matchup perspective there's plenty to like.

But the Bills are rushing him back and the last time he played, it was clear that McCoy wasn't near 100 percent and his explosiveness and agility was affected. Because of the questions surrounding his effectiveness playing on the hamstring, McCoy is an RB2 this week and more of a low-end contrarian play in DFS.
