Value Play at Quarterback

There's a case to be made that Jameis Winston is a top-seven quarterback play this week. A matchup against a porous Oakland Raiders defense sets up perfectly for Tampa Bay's offense, even without Vincent Jackson. While the Bucs' offense struggled early, it has been a strong unit since Jacquizz Rodgers emerged as the team's effective workhorse back when Doug Martin went out. Winston and Mike Evans have a strong connection and it's a big reason why we are going to pair the two together. While we are certainly paying for Evans chance to finish as the top scoring receiver in DFS this week, we are getting great value with Winston who offers top-five upside.
