As "Black Monday" approaches in the NFL, the coaching landscape is going to see a major shakeup as coaches are let go. Names have already started to leak out as ESPN's Mike Wells reported the Indianapolis Colts will fire Chuck Pagano at the end of the season.
Pagano was set to finish his fourth season as the Indianapolis Colts head coach, a team that has failed to live up to expectations. When Andrew Luck went down this year, it exposed many of the problems with the constructed roster and with a lack of progress shown, it makes sense for Indianapolis to move on.
Wells later reported that Colts' General Manager Ryan Grigson is expected to be retained through the coaching search for the time being. It's surprising given a big reason for the Colts' struggles is the lack of young talent on the roster. Indianapolis should have one of the most desirable coaching jobs available given the presence of Andrew Luck.
