As the Oakland Raiders prepare for a big game against the 6-2 Minnesota Vikings, ESPN's Adam Caplan reported that the Raides expect to have running back Latavius Murray active on Sunday after going through the concussion protocol.
Murray suffered a concussion last Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers and fantasy owners wondered if they would have their RB2 in Week 10. As long as Murray doesn't suffer any setbacks between now and Sunday, which happened to Jeremy Maclin earlier this year, Murray should be out there.
If Murray is able to play and take on a full workload, it will still be a tough matchup. Minnesota has allowed the eighth-fewest fantasy points to running backs this season, coming up especially stout near the goal line and holding running backs to just four rushing touchdowns through eight games this season.
If you have Murray in season-long leagues, you have to put him in the lineup as your RB2, but he should be avoided in DFS this week. There are plenty of great value plays available with better matchups, so try and avoid Murray where you can.
