Titans WR Corey Davis On Track to Play in Preseason

Fantasy football owners and Tennessee Titans fans have long awaited first-round pick Corey Davis's preseason debut, now it seems they may not have to wait much longer. On Sunday, Tennessee Titans coach Mike Mularkey indicated the wide receiver is ahead of schedule in return from his strained hamstring and on track to make a preseason return.

The fifth-overall seletion in the 2017 NFL Draft, the young wide receiver sustained a hamstring strain during training camp on August 3 and hasn't returned to the field since.

Now Tennessee has good news on their top rookie and his return is great news given the immense expectations set for him as a rookie. Davis carries the potential to quickly emerge as Tennesee's No.1 wide receiver as the season goes on and eventually become Marcus Mariota's top target in a passing game that should see more and more usage of the offense.

When Davis returns to the field and if he can prove he is healthy, he should see his ADP on the rise as his momentum fires back up and fantasy owners see the skills that made him a favorite during the draft process.
