Top 5 Fantasy Tight Ends for Week 4

1. Jimmy Graham, New Orlean Saints

2013 Statistics: 23 receptions, 358 yards and four touchdowns

Graham has recorded triple-digit yards in each of his last two games and is the clear No. 1 fantasy tight end through three weeks. It really isn't even that close with Rob Gronkowski still out of the mix with the New England Patriots. Graham is also going up against a Miami Dolphins defense that has given up the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends thus far this season. With Miami doing a good job stopping receivers and the running game, Graham should be an even larger focal point here.

Projected Statistics: Seven receptions, 105 yards and one touchdown

2. Jason Witten, Dallas Cowboys

2013 Statistics: 16 receptions, 149 yards and two touchdowns

Witten has combined for the same amount of receptions in the last two games as he did in the first game of the season. With that said, Dallas goes up against a San Diego Chargers defense that has been downright horrible against the pass this season. They have allowed an average of 358 passing yards and two scores per game this season. They are also yielding an average of 67 yards and a score against tight ends. Witten remains Tony Romo's go-to guy and will put up top-tier TE1 numbers tonight.

Projected Statistics: Six receptions, 90 yards and one touchdown

3. Julius Thomas, Denver Broncos

2013 Statistics: 14 receptions, 194 yards and four touchdowns

Thomas might not have put up the numbers over the last two weeks that he did against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 1, but he's still tallied a touchdown in each game this season and has been a top-10 tight end each time he has suited up. Even with the wide array weapons at his disposal, Peyton Manning has still found enough of the ball to go around to this talented tight end. Denver goes up against a Philadelphia Eagles defense that has yielded over 340 passing yards per game this season. He'll get the necessary targets.

Projected Statistics: Five touchdowns, 80 receptions and one touchdown

4. Antonio Gates, San Diego Chargers

2013 Statistics: 15 receptions, 228 yards and one touchdown

A healthy Gates equals a solid fantasy producer. This has been the case throughout his long and successful career, and hasn't changed up to this point. He is averaging five receptions and over 75 yards per game thus far this season. In addition, Gates is catching nearly 80 percent of the passes thrown in his direction. The Dallas Cowboys have also given up the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends this year.

Projected Statistics: Five receptions, 70 yards and one touchdown

5. Heath Miller, Pittsburgh Steelers

2013 Statistics: Three receptions, 35 yards and zero touchdowns

Miller might have only played one game this season, but it's evident that he's Ben Roethlisberger's favorite target. It's not Antonio Brown. It's not Emmanuel Sanders. And it's not any of the Steelers group of average running backs. For a veteran quarterback-wide receiver combo, this is the type of relationship you expect. Miller has gained at least 500 receiving yards in each of his last five seasons, and has been a consistent threat. Miller goes up against a Minnesota Vikings defense that ranks second-to-last in the NFL against fantasy tight ends.

Projected Statistics: Four receptions, 57 yards and one touchdown
