1. DeSean Jackson, Philadelphia Eagles
Jackson will have the pleasure of lining up against Dallas Cowboys cornerback Brandon Carr, who has been downright disastrous in coverage this season. Overall, the Cowboys are yielding the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing receivers on the season. For his part, Jackson No. 8 overall in our fantasy receiver rankings. Expect a huge game from the Pro Bowler against Philly's division rival in this do-or-die Sunday Night Football matchup.
Projection: Six receptions, 115 yards and two touchdowns
2. Brandon Marshall, Chicago Bears
Pick your poison here. You could go with either Alshon Jeffery or Marshall in this one. I decided to go with the latter simply because he will be lining up against the lesser of two corners for the Green Bay Packers, who have struggled against receivers on the season. They are yielding an average of 25.12 fantasy points to starting receivers on the season. That ranks Dom Capers' unit 28th in the NFL. It's also important to note that Marshall has a stronger relationship with Jay Cutler than his younger counterpart on the opposite side of the field.
Projection: Seven receptions, 135 yards and one touchdown
3. Eric Decker, Denver Broncos
Decker has been on an absolute roll as of late. He has put up 464 receiving yards and seven touchdowns over the course of the last four games. This ranks him No. 1 among receivers in fantasy points during that span. Through 15 weeks, Decker is out ninth-ranked fantasy receiver. Denver will now line up against a horrid Oakland Raiders defense this afternoon with a shot at earning home-field advantage in the playoffs. Oakland has allowed the 11th-most fantasy points to receivers on the season.
Projection: Seven receptions, 120 yards and one touchdown
4. Jordy Nelson, Green Bay Packers
Nelson welcomes his BFF, Aaron Rodgers, back in a must-win game for the Packers against Chicago. With Charles Tillman on injured reserve, the Bears will turn to Tim Jennings to stop Nelson. This isn't a recipe for success for the home team. The Bears rank in the middle of the pack against fantasy receivers, but don't matchup well against Nelson. Even with Randall Cobb returning from injury, I fully expect Nelson to get the necessary targets to put up top-five numbers in this one.
Projection: Seven receptions, 115 yards and one touchdown
5. Michael Crabtree, San Francisco 49ers
Crabtree is coming off his best performance of a shortened season against the Atlanta Falcons last week. He put up five receptions for over 100 yards against rookie Desmond Trufant. Fortunately for those of you relying on Crabtree this week, he is going up against Patrick Peterson, who he has owned in four career meetings. Over the course of those four games, Crabtree has put up 27 receptions for 427 yards and four scores. While Peterson is one of the best corners in the NFL, it's readily apparent that Crabtree owns him. This will not change today.
Projection: Six receptions, 100 yards and one touchdown
