Top Fantasy Football Performances From Sunday's Week 11 Action

Bobby Rainey, Running Back, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Statistics: 30 attempts. 163 yards, two receptions, four yards and three touchdowns (34.70 points)

Rainey, who Tampa Bay acquired earlier in the season after Doug Martin went out with an injury, received his first extended playing time with the Buccaneers last week when Mike James was also lost for the season with a foot injury. He put up 56 yards and a score against the Miami Dolphins in Tampa's first win of the season. As pretty much the last back standing, James took on a weak Atlanta Falcons' defense and netted the best overall fantasy performance in Week 11. He had touchdown runs of 43 and three yards while adding a four-yard touchdown reception for good measure.

LeSean McCoy, Running Back, Philadelphia Eagles

Statistics: 20 attempts, 77 yards, four receptions, 73 yards and two touchdowns (27.0 points)

Despite leaving the game with what appeared to be a serious hamstring injury, Shady returned to the field after halftime and helped lead Philadelphia to a third consecutive win and first place in the NFC East.

He tallied two one-yard touchdown runs and put up nearly as many yards receiving as he did on the ground.

This enabled him to put up the second-most fantasy points for a running back in Week 11.

McCoy now leads all NFL running backs with over 1,400 total yards.

Calvin Johnson, Wide Receiver, Detroit Lions

Statistics: Six receptions, 179 yards and two touchdowns (29.90 points)

It was definitely a tale of two halves for Megatron on Sunday. He put up all of his statistics in the first half and seemed destined to break Flipper Anderson's single-game receiving mark after threatening it just a few weeks earlier. Then something interesting happened. The Pittsburgh Steelers decided it made little sense to leave Johnson in single coverage against Ike Taylor. The result was a zero-reception performance in the second half. As it is, Johnson still put up the second-most receiving yards in Week 11 and was the No. 1 overall fantasy receiver for the day. He's now on pace for nearly 2,000 yards and 18 scores this season.

Michael Floyd, Wide Receiver, Arizona Cardinals

Statistics: Six receptions, 193 yards and one touchdown (25.30 points)

Floyd has quietly put up a breakout sophomore season. Prior to Sundays ridiculous performance, he had tallied nearly 500 receiving yards and was quickly becoming a great No. 2 threat behind Larry Fitzgerald for the Cardinals.

His performance against the Jacksonville Jaguars this week indicates that he's ready to take the next step. Floyd put up nearly 200 receiving yards on 11 targets, including a 91-yard scoring strike from Carson Palmer to put the game away halfway through the third quarter. Floyd is now on pace to tally over 1,000 yards after this performance.

Carson Palmer, Quarterback, Arizona Cardinals

Statistics: 30/42, 419 yards, two touchdowns and zero interceptions (24.46 points)

Palmer continued his excellent recent play by putting up over 400 yards without a single interception against the Jaguars on Sunday. He has now put up 832 yards with six scores and just two interceptions over the course of the last three games, all wins. Palmer's performance on Sunday enabled him to finish as the No. 2 overall fantasy quarterback for the week, behind...

Ben Roethlisberger, Quarterback, Pittsburgh Steelers

Statistics: 29/45, 367 yards, four touchdowns and zero interceptions (31.88 points)

Don't look now, but the Steelers are just one game out of the playoffs in the AFC after starting the season with four consecutive losses. Roethlisberger's player during thie span is a primary reason why. Still facing ridiculous pressure behind a make-shift offensive line, Big Ben was able to lead Pittsburgh back against the Lions in the second half on Sunday. He put up four touchdowns and didn't throw a single interception. Interestingly enough, Big Ben is now the 12th-ranked fantasy quarterback through 11 weeks. I am not sure anyone saw this coming.
