The Indianapolis Colts are likely going to be without one of their top players in an all-important game against the Denver Broncos Sunday afternoon.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, T.Y. Hilton is not expected to play with a foot injury:
This is a tremendous blow to a Colts team that desperately needs a win entering its Week 10 bye. Taking on the best secondary in the NFL, Indianapolis really needs all hands on deck. Unfortunately, its top wide receiver will likely be sidelined.
This means that Andre Johnson and Donte Moncrief will act as the starters for Andrew Luck and company.
With Phillip Dorsett also out due to a fractured lower left leg, a previously deep wide receiver group in Indy has thinned out considerably. Griff Whalen will act as the team's No. 3 receiver.
At 3-5 on the season, the Colts need to find a way to get back into the win column. Losing Hilton for this game won't help matters.
From a fantasy perspective, the only reason you'd start Johnson and/or Moncrief is if you are planning to stack them with Luck. Even then, that's not a recipe for success against one of the league's best defenses.
