It should go with out saying guys like Terrance Williams, Carson Palmer and Bishop Sankey should be scooped up right out the gate of your first free agency period.  

Outside of the obvious, I break down the top-five waiver wire adds for week two. 

Tight end Tyler Eifert had a monster break out game after spending the 2014 season on IR. Eifert is the clear cut second choice to A.J. Green when it comes to Andy Dalton's passing options.  After cashing in on 12 targets for over 100 yards and two touchdowns last week, Eifert becomes a solid fantasy play moving forward.  

Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota tied the NFL record for most touchdown passes for a rookie deput, tossing a total of four in the first half alone. Going back and watching the tape, it was clear the Titans coaching staff designed a game plan that helped him have a smooth transition in his fist NFL game. What grabbed my attention the most was Mariota's ability to sit back in the pocket and deliver a sharp accurate throw down the middle of the field, proving he is much more than a system quarterback.
