Tackling the AFC West, Luke highlights the newest Oakland Raider's wide receiver Amari Cooper and offers you insight as to why he could have instant success with last years rookie Derek Carr.  While Cooper will be a popular choice for fantasy owners this summer, Inman says newest San Diego Charger's running Melvin Gordon is as safe a bet for a rookie as there is.
