Daily FanDuel Fantasy Hockey Picks: October 10, 2015
It’s Saturday night and the first (virtually) full slate of games of the year. Ignoring the 1pm game, we’ll have 13 games and 26 teams to target, so there is a ton of information to go through.
There isn’t a ton of value at right wing or in goal, but you can make up for it at center and on left wing. And, as usual, there are a few quality defensemen for cheap that you can punt to if you need salary relief. Paying up at goalie and the wings will probably be common place.
Top Teams to Target Tonight for Daily Fantasy Hockey
1. Pittsburgh Penguins – The Penguins got blanked in Dallas on Wednesday, quite a letdown considering the goals given up by the Stars last year. Still, the Penguins remain loaded up front and Arizona is deep in a rebuild. With the Coyotes playing last night, it doesn’t matter if Mike Smith plays the second night in a row or if Anders Lindback gets the call – the Penguins will be busy. They got off 37 shots on Dallas, and the nature of hockey is such that the rubber may not bounce an inch in the right direction some nights. Don’t let one let down (other teams will be letting us down all year, at some point) keep you off one of the best offensive teams in hockey.
