Bulls 83, Bucks 75
Luol Deng scored 19 points and Derrick Rose added 17 as the Chicago Bulls defeated the host Milwaukee Bucks 83-75 on Saturday.
Joakim Noah had 17 rebounds as Chicago (40-17) beat Milwaukee for the third time this season and improved to 12-0 against Central Division clubs.
Luc Richard Mbah a Moute had 16 points and eight rebounds and John Salmons scored 14 points for Milwaukee (22-36).
The Bucks trailed by 11 points entering the final quarter but pulled within 78-72 with less than four minutes left after Earl Boykins’ basket and Salmons’ 3-pointer. But Chicago’s Kyle Korver hit a 3-pointer to swing the momentum back to the Bulls.
Korver later hit an 18-footer with 2:20 left to give Chicago a 10-point lead.
Milwaukee led 48-44 after Mbah a Moute’s layup with 9:17 left in the third quarter before Chicago went on a 12-1 run, capped by Keith Bogans’ 3-pointer with 5:47 remaining. The lead reached 64-53 on Deng’s 3-pointer.
Andrew Bogut had 16 rebounds for Milwaukee, which shot just 38.2 percent.
