Grizzlies 120, Kings 92
Zach Randolph had 23 points and 12 rebounds while Marc Gasol scored 21 to lead the Memphis Grizzlies to a 120-92 victory over the visiting Sacramento Kings on Saturday.
Darrell Arthur added 17 points on 7-of-8 shooting for Memphis (33-27), which won for the sixth time in seven games.
Memphis led by seven points at halftime and blew the game open by outscoring the Kings 33-17 in the third quarter to take an 89-66 lead into the final stanza.
Gasol had nine points in the quarter, including the final five of a 23-9 run that gave the Grizzlies an 81-62 lead with 3:42 remaining. Memphis’ lead reached 30 on Arthur’s basket with 5:24 remaining.
Beno Udrih scored 24 points on 10-of-13 shooting for Sacramento (14-43). Marcus Thornton scored 15 points and DeMarcus Cousins added 14 points for the Kings, who went 2-5 on a seven-game road swing that ended against the Grizzlies.
O.J. Mayo added 13 points for Memphis, which shot 54.7 percent from the field.
